Owner & General Manager

Rare Renovations (formally known as Colonial Builders Inc) was established in 1991 and I took ownership in 2018. I started college for Construction Management after graduating High School in 2013 and realized I wanted to be more hands on. Now I’d consider myself a remodeling specialist as I have acquired the knowledge and hands on experience of several different trades (plumbing, electrical, structural, HVAC drafting/design, finish carpentry etc.) over the years working along side the formal owner (who I would consider a master carpenter) prior to taking ownership.

What separates me from my competition is the ability to personally complete multiple aspects of your project which eliminates the need for a contractor. Cutting out the paper contractor saves the client money from hiring different subcontractors with hefty profit margins, allows for faster completion/turn-around and they are guaranteed the same quality and attention to detail I am known for.
